If you are interested in making an award or revenue reservation, please include:

• Arrival and departure cities
• Number of passengers
• Flexibility
• Class of service desired
• Mileage balances and upgrades

Once we receive your request, we’ll send an email back within 72 hours with possible options.  If you like the options, we’ll go ahead and ticket the reservation.  If not, we’ll continue searching for two weeks for alternatives.
